He made us review a duck under from an under-hook with a club to hit a double for a warm up... we then worked on the closed guard waiter sweep, with a rolling arm-bar, kimura and triangle chain or mount. Finished with 3 minutes rounds of positional, closed guard, sweep pass or submit, and 3 different partners. Probably will be sore tomorrow... lots of sweat on the mat lol, guy and gals were soaked.
