Built to building control standards including drainage and water supplies and shower room. Constructed using SIPs, fully wired, fully plumbed and connected to the main house. Walls plastered, and painted, floor laid, internal and external lighting fitted. Wired for data and TV and large screen TV mounted. Finished externally in Cedar and render board. Double glazed doors and windows, frosted to the bathroom and 5 bar locks to the doors. Blinds installed to finish.
