I Meditated An Hour Daily For 30 Days
Last month, I started a challenge on my exclusive Deep Inner Game workshop's Whatsapp Group...
To meditate daily for 30 days.
To see how effective meditating would be.
I decided to do Vipassana for this duration.
It was done on the group to keep myself accountable...
While at the same time to help others build this as a habit as well.
Doing it together made it special and felt like something we were a part of.
Along the way, there were times when I had absolutely no time to take out for meditation and just wanted to crash in my bed...
But, somehow I managed to push through.
Even if I barely managed to push in 15 minutes of meditation that day.
In the end, I didn't miss even a single day and...
I was surprised by the results.
