Four men have been accused of raping and murdering a 26-year-old woman in Hyderabad on Wednesday night. According to police documents accessed by NDTV - they allegedly strangled her alive before burning the body. Is lynching the only option left for us? Does this mean the judicial system has completely collapsed? After the 2012 Delhi Nirbhaya rape incident, laws were changed but did that end up doing any good? NDTV's Sanket Upadhyay explains in detail.
