Malcolm Jenkins of the Philadelphia Eagles wrote an opinion piece on Monday for the Philadelphia Inquirer that lists the reforms he wants to see within Philly’s police department. Afterward, the president of Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police #5, John McNesby, called Jenkins “racist” for the article, and he used personal attacks to insult him.
