1) "Click to show setup"
2) Select "Elite male 20w/60s/75%"
3) Enter "last completed stage" (power of fully completed stage)
3) Enter "Duration of unfinished stage" (if you didn't finish a stage, enter the duration you did finish; example: 5 seconds or 30 seconds.
4) Click calculate
