The overall look. Your uniform should
always be clean, ironed and in good
condition.
The fit. Ensure that your uniform
fits well.
Underwear. Your underwear should be
professional and hidden.
Your name badge. Your name badge
should be straight, visible and clean.
Your shirt should be tucked in.
Your tie’s knot should be centred
beneath your collar and the narrow end
shouldn’t show. The wide tip of your tie
should reach your belt buckle or the
waistband of your pants.
Your pants or skirt should be the correct
length, according to your establishment’s
standards.
Pockets. Do not place personal
belongings in your pockets.
Your socks or stockings should be clean,
and match the colour of your pants and
be undamaged.
Your shoes should be clean, polished,
with tied laces and of a simple design.
Ladies should wear flat shoes or shoes
with a slight heel. Open-toed shoes
shouldn’t be worn.
Aprons. Your apron should be clean and
securely and neatly tied.
Your waistcoat or jacket’s bottom button
should be unbuttoned.
