This video is a beginner HIIT style video to really kick start your January! Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest with a total of 10 exercises making a 10 minute HIIT workout for you guys! HIIT is proven to show significant reduction in the fat mass of your body, and great news it only lasts 10 mins! Together with a calorie controlled diet, let’s get going this January!
