Building muscle mass is easy for some people. For most folks, though, learning how to build muscle mass can feel like an endless, impossible journey. It seems every time we open a fitness magazine, there's a trendy new approach to getting big, an exotic new diet for "gaining muscle mass FAST" (it always seems to be fast in the magazines!), or some new pill you absolutely MUST take if you want to get ripped.
The truth is that learning how to increase muscle mass is not that complicated. It's not necessarily easy, but it is actually fairly simple. In this video, celebrity trainer Mike Ryan (@mike_ryan_celebritytrainer) shares his top bodybuilding tips for bulking up.
Mike's approach is anything but trendy. It's based on science, common sense, and decades of experience training moviestars, professional athletes, and competitive bodybuilders.
