Dr. Choi and April believe his sister is stealing and selling drugs from the hospital. After an overdose occurs at a party Dr Choi's sister attended April decides to confront the drug user for the truth.

Dr. Rhodes faces complications when his patient and her unborn baby die following a heart valve replacement, much to Dr. Bekkar’s dismay. Meanwhile, Dr. Choi and April believe his sister is stealing and selling drugs from the hospital. Dr. Daniel Charles begins to suspect that Dr. Reese’s father is the culprit in a cold murder case. Also, Dr. Manning treats a patient with a bad case of the flu.
