Cate Blanchett Links Australia's Bushfire Crisis to Climate Change

Australian actress Cate Blanchett said her "heart goes out to everyone" when asked about the Australian bushfires on the red carpet of the FX Network Winter TCA 2020 press tour at Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, California. She added that climate change is a global issue as many of her friends have lost their homes in raging #AustraliaFires #AustralianBushfireDisaster

Earlier, Blanchett used her Golden Globes award speech to highlight the crisis and the link between climate change and worsening bushfires.
