I am always thrilled when I have a guest on the show that epitomizes what it is that I have been teaching all of these years. In today's episode we have that very circumstance. Brian Sieker is the owner of New Ag Supply. This is a business that he started when he recognized that people needed help finding the right parts for their planters. This was an area that Brian had specific expertise in and a passion for. He started getting parts that people needed, giving advice to people on what to use and then selling the parts from his farm.
Soon, this business grew and developed. Today Brian has a great website and is selling parts all over the country. And to his surprise, his passion for farming is now equaled by his passion for running his business. This is a phenomena that I have experienced as well as I developed as an entrepreneur.
