In this video we will see how easily you can manage your JioGigaFiber account using MyJio App. Download MyJio App from Play Store or App Store if you haven’t installed it yet Open the App and tap on Login and tap on “GigaFiber” and enter your registered Mobile number or JioGigaFiber Service ID and tap on “Generate OTP”.
Enter the OTP received on your registered Mobile number, now you have logged in to your JioGigaFiber account
However, if you are already using MyJio App for your Jio Mobile connection, then you can simply link your Jio GigaFiber account on the same app.
To do so, Tap on ‘Link new account’ and Select Giga Fiber. Enter your JioGigaFiber Service ID or registered Mobile number and tap on “Generate OTP”, now enter the OTP received on registered Mobile number and tap on Submit
Now your JioGigaFiber account is linked. Tap to select and switch to your ‘JioGigaFiber account’.
You can check your Data Balance & Plan Validity on the home screen
Tap on View Details to get details about your Current & Upcoming plans
Tap on Check Usage to view your usage
Tap on Menu & My Statement to view and download your usage statement for previous 6 months
Tap on Recharge to recharge your Jio GigaFiber Account
Tap on Menu, and select Recharge & Recharge history option to view your last 5 recharge transactions
Tap Menu then Settings then Account Settings to view & update your profile details such as Email ID, Registered Mobile Number
For any help on your account tap on JioCare or talk to HelloJio, our virtual assistant.
To manage your Jio(GigaFiber Router), tap on My Device, here you will be able to Change your Wifi (SSID) username, password, Block or Unblock users
