The Most Important Part | 2019 British Columbia Caribou & Moose (Ep. 3)

The most important part of our hunt is taking care of the fresh caribou meat. In episode 3 of 2019 British Columbia, the day is a work day with a little bit of moose hunting mixed in. The plan is to finish caping out my caribou and then take the horses to go and retrieve the remainder of the meat.

I plan to bone out the meat, trim away and blood shot or bone and cook some up over a hot fire to enjoy in camp. Tomorrow we will be back at it, chasing moose in northern British Columbia.
