How to make an Eggless Chocolate Swiss Roll using butter icing & covered with Chocolate Truffle To learn how to make a butter icing click on the link below

The Swiss roll is a little difficult compared to
Other cakes. But as always practise is the answer to do it perfectly.
As always pls get all ur ingredients ready and preheat ur oven at bake mode.
So my Swiss roll tin is an 8x12 inches. Grease and line with butter paper and grease again.
Now prepare the batter which is so easy to make.
Spread the batter with a bent palette knife. Do it carefully and uniformly. Tap a couple of times as it helps make the batter perfectly uniform.
Bake for 12 mins but make sure you do not over bake as if the sponge gets even a little hard you will not be able to roll the sponge. As soon as the sponge starts leaving the sides it's done! Cover the sponge with a damn cloth too cool. To take out the sponge use a knife to loosen all 4 sides.
Now pls get a sheet of butter paper and sprinkle some castor sugar evenly and invert the tin on to
It. Trim the edges and full with filling of ur choice .
Butter icing
Chocolate butter icing
Jam
Ganache
Roll and leave to set. Serve as it is or you can sprinkle some more castor sugar on top. Trim both ends
You can also cover the swiss roll with ganache,
truffle or cream .
