Inmate stabs BuCor officer at state penitentiary | Top Story

A Bureau of Corrections officer was stabbed by an inmate at the national penitentiary's maximum security compound.
BuCor public information officer Sonny del Rosario says the assailant had previously been confined at the facility's psychiatric ward because due to his mental illness.
