Standard Chartered Half Marathon Game Plan - Singapore Marathon 2019 Here is my simple race game plan for the biggest race of the year in Singapore, the Standard Chartered Marathon 2019.

I will be taking part in the half marathon.

My aim is to go below 1:40

Previous PB was 1:43

Pace needed is 4:42

Before 3 hours eat banana and energy bar.

1km - Just go with the flow
2km - Adjust to my pace
3-20km Maintain Pace
Half way mark - Drink Liquid
21km - Last burst if possible
