International men's day Celebration.First time in Gujarat with TIMA ,The Ideal Man Awards-2019 IMD is celebrated over 70 countries across the world on 19th November 2019, recognising the positive value men bring to the world in their families and communities. Aligning with the International Celebration, for the first time in Gujarat, on 19th November 2019 Ahmedabad celebrated International Men’s day created a history.
Gender equality is not a ‘women’s issue’ – it’s good for men too. Men have always played critical roles in the women’s movement. Male allies have long supported the struggle for gender equality. And today there are plenty of men who are proud feminists but there is still a long way to go, and we’ll only get there by drawing more men into the conversation. It is only when we all, both men and women, lead by example that we will create a fair and safe society which allows everyone the opportunity to prosper.
We thank some men who are positive male role models in our family, professional organisation and community by announcing Awards “The Ideal man Awards “TIMA” .Tima is a Greek word,means honouring to god.In Gujrati સદગૃહસ્થઓ નું સન્માન.
25 Distinguish Men of Different field who are instrumental in supporting women empowerment will be appreciated in the function and awarded TIMA trophy.
