How to start Meal Prep
Write down a meal plan for your week. We suggest starting with prepping your lunches.
List the required ingredients for easier shopping and make sure all of your cookware is cleaned and ready and you have enough containers to store meals.
Make sure anything that needs to be thawed or marinated is ready beforehand.
Cook.
Divide meals into containers for each day and store. (If you are counting calories us a scale to weigh out proteins and carbs)
