In this video I personally challenge the FAA to present the comprehensive risk analysis they have used in order to justify the latest proposed rule that would relegate traditional RC models to just a few designated flying areas in the middle of nowhere or stop you from flying if you have no internet connectivity. If this rule is enacted then we really will see the death of the traditional hobby and it is totally unacceptable so I say to the FAA -- "put up the proof or withdraw your ridicuously punative rule". Or, there's the cost of fitting electronic ID transmitters to all your models and ensuring you have an internet connection to broadcast the data. Lunacy! The proposed rule:
