Rust: The Equalizer - Balanced & LOW Cost|Upkeep (Solo-Quartet Base) | ±30 Rockets!

The Equalizer is a strong, yet carefully balanced and low cost/upkeep base for Solo/Duo/Trio/Quartet groups. It works best in flat terrain and after you have saved up enough resources to build in its entirety.

This first iteration features:
-Roof stability bunker
-Open concept
-Tons of room for storage, items, or activities
-Duel purpose honeycomb
-Moderate raid cost. Nearly equal from all sides OR MORE.
-Shooting floor / lookout tower
-Minicopter hanger with landing pad!
-LOW cost and upkeep (Up to 3 days!)
-Electrical system for 3 auto turrets, a sam site and lights!
-Horse stable (Optional)
-Crude oil bubbler (Optional)

Stats:

(Standard)
-Cost: ~12k Metal, ~13k Stone, ~9k Wood, ~325 HQM
-Upkeep: ~3.3k Metal, ~2.4k Stone, ~500 Wood, ~50 HQM (Up to ~3.3 days)

(Upgraded core)
-Cost: ~525 HQM instead of ~325
-Upkeep: ~85 HQM instead of ~50 HQM (Up to ~3.3 days)

Raiding - (Cheapest with most ideal route and conditions)
±30 Rockets to TC / Main loot from any direction.
±20 Rockets to main loot from any direction.
Note: Cheapest route is going through the front door. A way to counter this is to put two garage doors and a sheet metal wall behind the front door airlock. For the TC you may want to choose the opposing triangle to mislead raiders who may have watched this video and will generally know the design.
