WHAT IS REENTRY PERMIT? If you are Green card holder, and need to travel outside of the United States for at least six months, you should think of it as a necessary certificate to safely enter the United States after your travel. To obtain re-entry permit, you must completed Form I-131 and submit it to USCIS along with the relevant documents and the filing fee.
