Why Has Chemtrial’s Not Prevented A Category Five Hurricane?

There is something not right with this hurricane and it has given us the opportunity to question chemtrails, they either didn't use any chemtrails to make sure the front of the hurricane was colder than the surrounding area to prevent it from growing or they allowed it to grow out of control.
Hurricanes can now be prevented from growing so big and destructive so why was it not done. Come on people make some noise
