How practical are green crackers as an alternative to conventional ones?

With Supreme Court banning the use of conventional firecrackers, the government has urged people to burn green crackers and have a quiet festival. The permitted green crackers include flowerpots (anaars) and sparklers. But how easily are these available? Watch the video here.
